Executive Travel Preference Tracker
A Google Apps Script automation that detects return travel events, scans the trip window for dining and hotel events, and auto-generates a pre-labeled Google Form.
The form is automatically pushed to the executive via Slack before departure, and all responses log automatically to a Google Sheet for future reservations and preferences.
The Problem
You are an EA (or have one) supporting an executive who travels frequently.
Great restaurants and hotels are discovered along the way, but you have no system of keeping track of them.
You rely on memory, or going back through the calendar just to remember the name of, "That one place we went to last time in New York."
The Solution
A new 2 minute habit. One google form to rate the restaurants and hotels visited during the trip.
The form is automatically populated from calendar events, and sent to the principal via slack 15minutes prior to departure of their final return flight. Answers get recorded automatically into a google sheet.
