Priority Matrix
A decision matrix to standardize how communication requests are filtered, prioritized, and resolved before reaching the executive.
Why is this necessary?
Executives don't drown in decisions, they drown in raw problems shoved at them without context.
Every unfiltered ask costs them time, focus, and momentum on the work only they can do. Without a triage layer between the inbox and the executive, everything looks urgent, nothing gets protected, and the strategic work quietly slides.
The Priority Matrix is that layer: a rubric I developed to apply to every inbound request before it's ever seen at the top.
Value
Two things: Pre-decided Escalations & Quiet Workdays.
When something reaches them, it arrives as a decision ready to make, not a raw problem. Everything else gets resolved, delegated, or deferred without ever interrupting them, and shows up on a weekly digest instead. The result is more executive time spent on executive work.
